The five-year survey of the passenger ship "Kladiya Elanskaya"

⭐️ Great News! We are proud to announce the successful completion of the five-year survey of the passenger ship Kladiya Elanskaya. This large-scale project is yet another testament to our high level of professionalism and technical expertise.

The scope of work included:

✅ Five-year survey of lifeboat davits (SPU) and lifeboats. Six 8-meter lifeboats, each weighing nearly 4 tons, were tested. The scope of work included:
⁃ Hull strength tests for the lifeboats.
⁃ Overhaul of release mechanisms.
⁃ Watertight integrity tests for the lifeboats.

✅ Survey of raft davits. Repair and restoration of lifeboat davits and raft davits with subsequent survey; fabrication and replacement of the forward lifeboat davit sheave.

✅ Fabrication and replacement of slings (lopari) for launching life-saving appliances.

✅ Repair, hydraulic tests, and ten-year survey of the CO2 fire extinguishing system manifold.

✅ Survey of Inflatable Life Rafts (ASIs) and Inflatable Life Jackets (PPIs).

During the work, the need for repairs to critical components of the life-saving appliances was identified.
Our engineers not only diagnosed the issues but also independently restored this equipment.

A double success:

  1. A satisfied Client – the vessel received all necessary certificates and operational approvals, and the cooperation process itself was conducted at the highest level.

  2. The growth of our competencies – we significantly enhanced and expanded our practical experience in the repair and restoration of complex marine equipment.

This achievement is the result of coordinated teamwork, deep knowledge, and genuine engineering ingenuity from every member of our team. We don't just follow procedures; we think, analyze, and find optimal solutions even for the most non-standard situations.

We are proud of the work done and are ready for new challenges! 👏🏻
